Shop Your Local Garage and Get Satisfaction!

There has been a lot of negative press lately about quick oil change shops and their lack of integrity. Allegedly, these large operations have been mis-leading their customers and charging for work that has not been performed, or doing work that was not necessary. When we take our car for servicing we trust that the proper work will be done by a professional at a fair price.

Let's face it, most of us would never attempt any of our own car repairs and should leave this work to the professionals. When we need our car serviced, it is important to take the time to find a local garage that will do the job properly and professionally. Auto mechanics in Canada are professionals who take extensive training to qualify them to work on your car. Why would you take your car to a chain lube shop where the technicians have little, if any, automotive training? Chances are, their training was focused more on up-selling that on vehicle repair.

When you choose to support a locally owned and operated business, you can be assured that your loyalty and trust is important. If there is an issue, you will be able to speak directly to the owner and not someone on a toll free line. We have all known the inconvenience of customer service representatives who don't seem to care about fixing the problem. Why put yourself through that agony?

Shopping locally means more than just supporting our local retailers. We need to support all types of locally owned businesses, including those who keep our 4 wheeled pride and joy in tip top shape.
