Featured Business Questionnaire

Thanks for inquiring about having your independent business featured on the Shop-Local.ca website. We're excited to work with you.

The process is quite simple:

1. The first step is to answer the questions below.
2. Paste your responses in an email and send it to: info @ shop-local.ca. (Remember to include a photo!)
3. We will review the information and format it for our website. Note that we reserve the right to edit the content as necessary. If we need to make significant changes, or if we need clarification, we will contact you before we publish the article.
4. On the day that we put the article on our website, we will email you with a link to the article so you can check it out.

The Questionnaire:

There are two sections in our questionnaire. First we need the basic info about you and your business.

The second section has open ended questions. In the second section, please write a minimum of one sentence and up to a paragraph. Our goal is to have the article be at least 5 or 6 hundred words - and longer is better.
